| What are the benefits provided? |
| In the event of Death, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) Participant, the following takaful benefit will be payable according to the option selected by you: |

| Option A | Sum Covered + Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Investment Fund |
| Option B | Higher of Sum Covered or Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Investment Fund |

| The NAV of the Investment Fund* will be payable on termination or maturity of the plan. |
| * The NAV will fluctuate based on the underlying performance of the investment funds. |
| Who is eligible to participate? |
| If you are between 18 to 65 years old, you are eligible to participate in Takaful myInvest (subject to underwriting assessment). You will enjoy the benefits from this plan up to a maximum expiry age of 80. |
